On Saturday Night at the conclusion of the Sahlen's 6 Hours, Watkins Glen held a classic Hot Dog Eating Contest.
Ten brave and hungry fans participated in the event. Each had 6 minutes to eat as many Sahlen's Hot Dogs with buns as possible.
The winner of the contest amazingly ate 14 Sahlen's Hot Dogs in that span of time.
But in the end, now one ended up a loser, since all participants enjoyed all the wonderful Sahlen's Hot Dogs they could eat.
In related Hot Dog Eating Contest News, recently, Joey Chestnut, an upstart American broke the world Hot Dog and Bun Record. He shattered the record held by Takeru Kobayashi's record of 53.75 in 12 Minutes. The new record set by Chestnut is now 59.5 Hot Dogs and Buns in 12 minutes.
