Within the February 2009 issue of Corvette Enthusiast Magazine, Team Sahlen was featured their very one article. The Article was a 5 page spread. The title was "Racing's Best Kept Secret - Team Sahlen and their two Corvettes". This was in reference to Team Sahlen's dedication to sole team campaigning the Corvette full time in the ROLEX series.
During the 2008 race season, Author Lawrence Giberson had visited with Team Sahlen at the ROLEX Grand American event at Virginia International Raceway. Beyond his skills as a writer, Lawrence is an accomplished photographer as well. This was evident in the 8 fantastic color photos that appeared in the issue. Not only was Lawrence able to capture the eye catching Red, Black and Yellow Corvettes on track, but he was able to highlight the crew and drivers as well.
