It reminds me a lot of when Scott and I raced in the same car. I even got my start racing in sport compact cars in the (IMSA) Racing Sedan series in the 70's. Just like the Hoerr family, the Nonnamakers have been racing for a long time. I remember their father Joe in the 80's, when we were both racing in IMSA. I think that 2002 will be great year and I am looking forward to our campaign having a strong run at the championship."
Will Nonnamaker, who won the 2001 Grand Am Cup STII Driver's Championship talked about the association with HRPWorld.com: "This is a great opportunity to be racing under the HRPworld.com Racing banner. The Hoerr Speedy Rabbit has been around a long time, and to have that symbol on the hood of the car puts a lot of pressure on you. We learned a lot testing the King Motorsports Integra at the winter test days, and now are ready to start the season opener at Daytona International Speedway."
