Team Sahlen enters the 2008 ROLEX Season Finale at Miller Motorsports Park with the goal of preparing for the 2009 ROLEX 24 Hours at Daytona event. Both the #42 and #43 will utilize the weekend as a test session to prepare for the twice around the clock event. The 1000 Km event will prove a great test bed for trying out new set-ups and pieces on the Corvettes. Drivers will be Joe Sahlen, accompanied by Joe, Wayne and Will Nonnamaker
"We are very excited to be coming to Utah and Miller Motorsports Park again. This is a great track. We are looking forward to the entire weekend to prepare for the ROLEX 24. Team Sahlen will be utilizing the Thursday Test Day to get extra track time to work on some new items." - states Wayne Nonnnamaker
In last year's event, Team Sahlen qualified 9th and finished 9th in the GT class. This year the competition looks to be just as tight and securing a Top 5 or 10 result will be tough for any competitior.
"I am looking forward to driving at Miller. I have had to miss the last two GT events due to business and personal obligations, but I am glad to be back here driving again. This track is very technical and makes for a challenging lap every time." - states Joe Sahlen
