The tight and twisty Barber Motorsports Park has become known for challenging both the driver's skills and the race cars handling capabilities. This is why Team Sahlen enters the ROLEX weekend hoping their recent Test Session at Mid-Ohio pays dividends at Barber Park.
"Mid-Ohio and Barber Park are very similar tracks. We learned a lot at the Monday Open Test Session at Mid-Ohio. The team plans to put those pieces and knowledge into place at Barber to make that next jump in the highly competitive GT class for ROLEX." - states Wayne Nonnamaker
"We are looking forward to Barber Park. There are many aspects to this track that benefit our Team Sahlen Corvette. With our recent 6th place finish at Mid-Ohio, we are looking forward to improving upon that placement and moving further up on the results sheet." - states Joe Nonnamaker
