Every caped crusader needs a speedy pursuit vehicle. And Hot Dog Boy was in need of a quick hot rod to race over and save the All American Picnic from disaster of not having their Sahlen's Hot Dogs.
The vehicle of choice could be nothing else than a Chevrolet Corvette. The Corvette is a true miniature version of the real life Team Sahlen Corvette. All the way down to the tow hook decal in the back. Unlike the full size #43 Corvette, this mini Corvette has two seats. This is so Hot Dog Boy can have his trusty sidekick with him, Ketchup. Having a seat for Ketchup greatly assists her in keeping up with Hot Dog Boy, as usually she has a hard time running after him and always having to "Ketchup" to him.
"I am glad to have such a great racer as this mini Team Sahlen Corvette. There have been times it has been tough to chase down my arch nemesis Sauerkraut." States Hot Dog Boy, "Now Ketchup and I will be able to track down all those who wish to destroy the All-American Picnic."
During the Mid-Ohio race weekend, many a young fan came by and had the opportunity to have their picture taken in the Mini Corvette. Stay tuned for more appearances of the Mini Corvette with Hot Dog Boy and his sidekick Ketchup.
