Robb Brent made his professional race debut with Team Sahlen at the 2006 KONI Challenge Series event at Mid-Ohio racing a Team Sahlen Porsche 996. He co-drove that race with his father Rob and Aaron Bambach.
One year later, Robb entered his 1st ROLEX series event, competing in the ROLEX 24 Hours of Daytona with Team Sahlen in their Porsche GT3 Cup. Additionally in 2007, Robb competed again with Team Sahlen in the Mid-Ohio KONI event.
This season sees Robb progressing through the pro ranks. Robb will run a limited schedule of races in the ARCA series. The ARCA series is one of the initial stepping stones to the NASCAR Sprint Cup. Robb has impressed well in the early season. At Iowa Speedway, Robb started his season with a fine 13th place finish. Then he progressed from there to a 5th place finish at Kansas. At his most recent event at Kentucky Speedway, Brent qualified an amazing 2nd. He was caught up in an early crash that put in out of the race. Stay tuned for more exciting results from this Young Gun.
