Mont Tremblant, Canada - For the second straight year, the HRPworld.com team has finished 1st and 3rd in the Mont Tremblant Grand-Am Cup event.
The King Motorsports Acura Integra qualified 1st and 2nd. On the Pole Position was Howie Liebengood in the Pennzoil supported #43. 2nd was Belinda Endress in the In2Dev.com supported #44.
The Start of the Race saw Howie and Belinda lead the pack for the first 15 minutes. Belinda continued to lead as Howie mixed it up with Bob Beede in the #27 Acura. Oil in turn one caused Belinda to spin but continue on. The oil caused a full course caution.
The HRPworld.com team immediately pitted both King Motorsports Acuras and put Mike Fitzgerald and Will Nonnamaker into to hunt for the victory.
The next hour and half of racing was very intense, with several yellows bunching the field. Mike and Will fought Eric Curran close the whole time.
In the end, Mike Fitzgerald came out on top to capture the team's 2nd straight victory at the circuit.
